Purell Return Policy?
Purell.com accepts free return or exchange of unworn merchandise within 30 days of the date of shipment. Exchange orders will be canceled after 21 days if not received. Exchanges can only be made for the same product, different size or color. If the product you would like to exchange for is out of stock, please follow the returns process for a full refund.
Please allow two weeks for your return to be processed. You will receive an email to confirm a successful return. A credit should appear on your credit card, or original method of payment, within two billing cycles. The online return process will require a printer. Once you complete the return process, a PDF download of the shipping label and return document will be available to print.
